James Sloan has been DazPak’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2023. With over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at EY and PolyOne Corporation, James values systems, processes, and financial analysis in driving organizational efficiency.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his large family (including 12 siblings and over 70 nieces and nephews) and is an avid Ohio State football fan.
Jeff Dye brings over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, including leadership roles in both public and private global organizations. Known for fostering a strong continuous improvement culture, Jeff values safety, customer engagement, quality systems, and cost-efficient operations.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and is an avid sports fan.
Federico Giacobbe has over 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry and has been with DazPak since its inception in 2005. He oversees procurement, supplier management, sourcing strategies, and sustainable alternatives, consistently delivering cost savings and improving supplier relationships.
