Sustainable Resources Used
Our flexographic printing solutions are available in up to 10 colors using high line screen count photopolymer printing plates. Our narrow and wide web presses range from 13” to 52”, with ICC profiles for 4-color process printing, proofing, and color consistency. We also utilize Digital Matchprint, PDF, and color proofs.
Along with flexographic options, we offer 12-color rotogravure printing through our overseas partners—a great option for consistency in terms of image and color.
Seamless Integration of Laminating and Slitting Printed Roll Stock
DazPak offers dry bond and solventless adhesive laminations—both considered environmentally friendly technologies—for roll stock and pre-made pouch and bag solutions. With lamination services from California to Ohio, we are ready and willing to dive into your lamination project.
With multiple slitters from coast-to-coast, DazPak prepares newly laminated rolls for the converting process. Our slitting programs are designed to achieve optimum roll consistency to provide the uniformity that is essential for efficient production runs on our customers’ machines.
